    朱立倫說，過去他和丁守中同樣是台大教授，第4屆立委也是同事，當時台灣剛剛過發生亞洲金融風暴，他當時是財委會召集人，丁守中幫了很多忙，一起推出金融改革五法，救了銀行、保險和證券業，讓台灣走出金融風暴。
